The staff’s professionalism and kindness stood out, and a kettle for coffee or tea as well as hygiene products were provided. We explored Parc des Batignolles and found an excellent Korean restaurant (Busan Park) with great service and excellent value. Nothing else, just wished for a shower with stronger water pressure, which is a minor point.

The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent and almost everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was good. However, we felt the hotel might have been short on staff during breakfast; tables were sometimes not clean even after guests had finished and left. There were also language hiccups: when ordering an egg, the lady confirmed it but we still received two fried eggs, or when ordering an omelette without mushrooms we got one with mushrooms 😁. It wasn’t dramatic but mildly annoying! Still, the breakfast itself was top‑class and very varied.

The location was fine, but the parking was impossible to access with a large car.

The air conditioning worked well, and the location was good.
