The daytime staff were excellent, but the younger, less experienced crew struggled with issues at night. We were kept up by loud, disrespectful guests until 3a.m. on two nights; they shouldn’t have been placed upstairs. The Manager offered membership points for the disturbance. The location is superb and breakfast is good. Maintenance was spotty—especially at the doorway, which took five days to be swept and blown. I’d consider staying again.

Every staff member I interacted with during my three‑day stay was helpful and courteous. I’ve visited twice in the past three months and each time it was a great experience. The hotel is well‑located with plenty of dining options and a mall right across the street. The beds were very comfortable.

I’ve stayed here about ten times and never found any faults; everything works well. I love the breakfast, the jacuzzi, and the area itself. The staff are very friendly. The only thing I hate is having to check out and leave the experience behind.

The location is great, close to Chandler Fashion Center and other spots. The parking fee of $15 per night is unreasonable. Breakfast was mediocre and the same each day. The bed was uncomfortable, cleanliness was questionable, and they didn’t even make up our room even though we stayed there multiple nights—no effort to empty our trash. Check‑in wasn’t smooth either.
