Everything from check‑in to the tiny touches—like a beautiful hot chocolate on arrival—was spot on. The only hitch was the drive: a steep, dusty road that made getting there a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

We had an amazing time; the spot looks exactly like the photos—new, sparkling clean, and smelling fresh the moment you walk in. Karen and her family greeted us with such genuine warmth that it made a huge difference, and every little detail showed how much care went into the place. The breakfast, served in a charming basket with fresh, delicious items, was the perfect start to days spent surrounded by the towering araucarias and misty mountain scenery.
