Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, though I missed some staples from home like toast with chocolate spread, a high‑quality selection of beef and chicken, and Western pastries such as croissants, pain au chocolat, and pain au raisin. The bathroom fixtures were somewhat dirty and blackened; a cleaner bathroom would have been appreciated.

The rooms were clean and the location was quiet. However, Western or non‑Chinese food options were very limited, and communication was tough because almost no restaurant staff spoke English, making ordering or asking for help difficult. Aside from a few front‑desk staff, it was hard to talk to anyone. The breakfast quality fell below the Hyatt standard I’ve seen at other Hyatt hotels, and the lobby bar offered only one burger among its Western choices.

There was nothing that satisfied me. For a five‑star hotel, the room’s bathroom floor had stains that hadn’t been cleaned.

The hospitality was great. The staff spoke English and made sure we had everything we needed. The dinner buffet was fantastic!

The rooms had no proper air conditioning, only a fan that barely cooled the space, so they had to bring an extra fan at the start of spring; I can’t imagine how people survive in the summer. On the bright side, the cleaning and food were excellent.
