The hotel was okay overall. However, the experience was very disappointing: we asked the management to activate the TV with Kannada channels, but they insisted it had already been done, even though the room only had a TV with no connection. We kept telling them to enable the connection, but they showed no interest in fixing it, and the response and service were very poor.

Rooms were clean, the staff were courteous, and it was a women‑friendly stay. The location was good. The only downside was a broken clothes rack.

Everything was really nice, especially the staff who were very good. Mysore Palace is within walking distance from this hotel. The Wi‑Fi was poor, so please improve it.

The food they cook here is delicious; the rooms were decent and clean, and nearby spots were convenient, making the overall value for money excellent—must visit. The only issue was parking.

The buffet breakfast was good. The room was small and felt congested. Parking was an issue: the minimal parking space had a car behind me that blocked mine, and I had to rely on Uber to get around. The hotel service staff didn't know whose car it was and struggled; even after checkout I had to wait more than half an hour to retrieve my car. Overall, they don't know whose car it is and the staff were inefficient at solving it. This concerns parking in the basement.
