“Pathetic”

None except proximity with Christ university. 1. Rooms were not ready 2. Poor hygiene 3. Dirty bad sheet , even used with Condom on the sheet 4, we booked for 4 days and checked out in a day and that too without any refunds I never recommend this to anyone

The stay was very bad. Breakfast was included but we couldn’t get it, there was no way to order it, no restaurant, no staff to get it from outside. Only the location was good. The room was not clean at all, the comfort was too dirty, the lock was broken, and there was no room service.

“Cheap stay, but not clean, no housekeeping, and breakfast was a joke.”

The room was pretty decent for ₹1200 a night, spacious enough for a budget trip, and the bathroom was clean enough. However, the bedsheets and comforters were stained, and even after I asked for replacements the new ones were still dirty. The window shades were nearly hanging by a thread. I had booked breakfast included, but the staff never mentioned it until I asked; they offered to bring it to my room but delivered a parcel from a local shop without a plate or water. When I requested a plate, I was given a disposable paper one. No bottled water came with the room, only a water dispenser in the corridor. Housekeeping never came during my 4‑day stay, so no cleaning, no sheet changes, no soap, shampoo, toiletries, or towels in the bathroom. The overall lack of cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper breakfast left the experience underwhelming.

The location was great, but the room had no trees outside the window, so I had to keep the AC on all the time.
