The reception was friendly and the location was close to the beach. However, there were no towels, the air‑conditioning was controlled by a switch that only the owner could use, the general clientele was noisy and not managed by the owners, and a party in the neighboring apartment started at 21:00. I alerted the owner, who intervened, then returned saying it was the second complaint and he didn’t know what to do since it was the first time this happened. I asked if other rooms were available, and he said yes, that if it happened again I could call him anytime for a room change. At midnight the music resumed. I couldn’t reach the owner by message or phone; the office was closed and unresponsive. I tried between midnight and 3 a.m. without success and had to involve the police. In the morning I spoke with the owner, who said he offered no night service, blamed it on circumstances beyond his control, and told me to deal with Booking if I was dissatisfied.
