We’re travelers from Taiwan and this trip turned into a genuinely heartwarming memory. When we checked in on August 6, we discovered we’d mistakenly booked for August 5 and the reservation had already been canceled as a no‑show, which freaked us out. The front desk team were incredibly kind and patient, even recommending we contact the hotel’s customer service. With their help and that of the booking service, we finally secured a comfortable room, which relieved us greatly. The hotel itself was lovely; we strolled to the nearby white‑sand beach and later enjoyed wine and snacks on the balcony, making it one of the most memorable nights of our journey. We’re deeply grateful to the staff and the booking service, and we’d love to return.

The hotel was recently renovated, and the property was emaculant. The room and bathroom were great. Super comfortable bed and a huge double sink bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Breakfast outside was delicious, and the service was excellent. They have an E.V. new V.W. bus that takes you to restaurants and shops. We never used our car the whole 3 days we were there. The beach was one block away and gorgeous, I found some great driftwood pieces for my terrarium. We will return in September, and this will be our go-to for future trips to Carmel, CA

Very close to the beach. Views of the ocean from the balcony. Very nice amenities such as their own toiletries which were lovely. Very comfortable stand alone tub with bath salts, nepresso machine and 4 pods each day, cookies at turndown, comfy bed. Also loved its in the residential area with beautiful properties all around but also a short walk to shopping and eating. Nothing
