The rooms are very modern, well‑maintained, and tastefully decorated. On the top floor there’s a kitchen with a balcony, which is really handy. The location is super central, making it easy to walk everywhere.

The room and bathroom are new, with a modern style, close to the city center and a free parking lot. Nothing to add.

The B&B is very close to the train station, just a 5‑minute walk, and Gabriele was so kind to accommodate us. The room was very clean, with an attached bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and a bar fridge. On the top floor there’s a shared kitchen where you can cook pasta or bring something from outside; being in the heart of the city, there are many venues nearby (including a great gelato shop right across the street). The kitchen also has a small balcony with drying lines for swimsuits. Breakfast is served in a nearby bar, a minute’s walk away, where they have fresh pastries and excellent cappuccino. Gabriele gave us directions to the beach, both free and paid, which is a short walk from the property. We also had the pleasure of chatting with Mrs. Pina, who offered advice and helped with our luggage. My daughter and I felt very comfortable and I strongly recommend the place.
