The staff were very kind. The furniture was broken, water leaked everywhere, and the breakfast consisted only of toast and jam.

I appreciated that our room was on the 15th floor with a window view, and the proximity to the subway station and bus stops was convenient. However, the breakfast was disappointing—only bread, some jams, and black coffee; they should add fried eggs, milk, and cereal.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean overall, with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathtub. Unfortunately, there was mold on our shower hose and some underwear left from the previous guest, and breakfast consisted only of coffee and toast, so I would not recommend advertising it as included.

The location is good, close to the metro and super convenient. The rooms were a bit small, but compared to other hotels, they’re probably better.
