Miky and Trisha are amazing! They takes care of me a lot. I stayed this place 1 month and more and they supported me so many things. They have great hospitality and I really love to stay here. But suddenly, somehow they needed to quit the job. I was soo sad why this bad situation is happening to them. And I still staying this place but no one manage this hostel even though new guest is coming. I want the owner to fix this problem. I love Duli Beach and I had the amazing time here so I’m really really sad in the end. I think the place is about people. People makes a place. But without Miky and Trisha, I feel it’s nothing. I hope everybody is gonna be happy in this place including workers also

The staff were very helpful, but the owners caused a problem. On a rough‑water day I was given a softboard to surf, even though I’m not an expert and there were many people in the water. The board broke when an wave hit it; it looked new from the outside, so I’m not sure if it was defective. The owners threatened the on‑site manager: if I didn’t pay 18,000 pesos, they would have to pay him. I checked local law and found that even if you sign a waiver, the owners must inform you when equipment isn’t safe to use. I spoke with local police and they sided with me in front of the manager. Still, I offered to pay for repairs, and later I found an online used board for 3,800 pesos and offered to buy it. The owner kept threatening me and the manager about the 18,000‑peso payment.

The staff were very kind and the location is great. The photos don’t match reality; it’s not right on the beach and there are a lot of insects around.

“Wonderful and authentic stay”

I loved my stay there. Mike was such a lovely host that my experience became unforgettable, so I extended my stay and will definitely return. Nothing negative.
