The beds were comfy and the staff were amazing, but the pool was freezing and nobody ever checked on our room, so we always had to ask for fresh towels and empty the trash ourselves.

Everything was super clean and the room was very comfortable; the staff were helpful and friendly, yet breakfast was mostly high‑carb, high‑sugar items, the eggs were oddly wet, the sausage was fine, the waffle batter seemed off, and I’d have preferred plain oatmeal over the sugary instant version; there were limited gluten‑free choices, no kitchen staff in sight, my whole family felt sick after eating, the pool water looked like it had a film on top, and although I never entered the pool room, the view from the window made us all feel grossed out by that film—though I might have imagined it.
