De locatie, spa, personeel en de villa en butler service. Villa had iets groter gekund en de bedden waren hard

Everything was available for breakfast with local and western sweet and savoury. So much possible that lunch was hardly needed. No shuttle service to/from the airport although they do arrange taxis and Grab operates fine from here. Other than that the hotel was really wonderful and all staff were helpul and friendly

Increíble lugar, maravillosas orquídeas en la entrada, decoración preciosa. La gente que atiende es encantadora y muy servicial. El resort está en perfectas condiciones. Ambas piscinas increíbles y los arrozales increíbles. Wifi funciona en todo el resort y muy bien. Nada, cumplió todas mis expectativas Lo único que no nos gustó tanto es que está más lejos del centro de ubud, pero cuenta con buses de acercamiento en ciertos horarios
