Good breakfast, nice view, good parking, the bathroom was comfortable and the hotel was safe. Downstairs there was a section with a terrible odor, the area under the pool was not maintained, and the kids’ play area was neglected. It wasn’t very clean overall; I saw a huge dead insect in the hallway near the elevator, so they didn’t clean during the whole stay.

The poor service from the staff is always the same – instead of helping, they complicate the check‑ins.

Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air‑conditioning was very old, so sometimes it was hard to understand how to use it; maybe they could replace it given the price they charge… but everything else was excellent!
