From the moment I walked in, the place felt like a cozy home. The owner cooks the meals herself and they’re absolutely delicious. I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of.

We came back for a second stay by Leaping Gorge and it didn’t disappoint. The family is incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is top notch, and it’s a perfect base for hiking around the area.
The host was super friendly and did everything herself, even though she was alone. The food was the best we’ve had in China – fresh orange juice, authentic Tibetan dishes, and a nice glass café nearby. We came to see the Tiger Leaping, but the trail was closed. Still, the stay was great and the host’s patience and care made it memorable.
