“Never stayed, verbally assaulted, and charged for the room!!”

I had a confirmed booking and arrived with my 85‑year‑old mother, who has serious mobility issues. The hotel sits on a narrow street, making it hard to find a safe spot to unload luggage and help her. Parking nearby was also a problem. I reached out to the hotel multiple times for guidance on access and parking, but the staff said there was no parking and suggested parking farther away, which was impractical for my mother’s needs. The conversations stalled, and I felt uneasy about staying. I contacted Customer Service, who tried to help but couldn’t fix the issue with the hotel. Consequently, we didn’t check in, didn’t use the room, and had to find other lodging that night. The reservation was marked a no‑show and my refund request was denied. Travelers with mobility or accessibility concerns should verify vehicle access, unloading options, and parking before booking.

The accommodation is very well located, close to the harbor, bus stop, shop and café. The room is very clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly!

The room was very small and cramped. There was no holder for the shower head, which made washing in the bathroom difficult and troublesome.

“Perfect for my requirements”

Excellent location for the Marina and the surrounding area of Kalamata. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and works as it should. I enjoyed my stay here and it was perfect for what I needed on my trip and can’t find a negative.
