The location, peace, and cleanliness were all excellent.
The place was very clean, well kept, simple, and looked good. However, the facilities were shared, which I didn't expect, and the listing didn't show that clearly or provide a full picture, so it felt like misleading information.
The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a very large wardrobe, and the owner was very communicative. The location was excellent, but there was no elevator and rooms on floors 3‑5 were a bit inconvenient.

I was close to the station and could grab fast food or a restaurant easily, but the Wi‑Fi was only set up a day after I arrived, and they never warned me about the delay. I had to chase them for the connection, and when I messaged them, their replies were slow. Also, I found dust and grime under the bed and sofa.

I stayed 15 nights at the apartment, and the location near Ebisucho station was great. Communication with the owner was fine, check‑in was straightforward and easy, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and offered good value for money. The only downside was that the fifth (last) floor—without an elevator—was very hot during the day, but the air‑conditioner helped enough that it wasn't a real problem.
