Henkilökunnalle 10 pistettä hyvästä asiakaspalvelusta. Huoneesta puuttui hiustenkuivaaja. Suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt. Sohvalla ja tuolilla oli epämääräisiä läikkiä. Jääkaappi ei toiminut!
