The room was bad, there was no food even after payment.
No staff were available to book a room, so we spent an hour waiting and nobody showed up.
This was one of the worst room experiences I’ve ever had; the property was completely unhygienic and didn’t look like a properly maintained accommodation. The bathroom was filthy with mold, dirt, and poor maintenance everywhere. The toilet area was disgusting, the bedsheets had visible stains, the walls were damp and dirty, and there were even cockroaches inside the room. The overall condition made it impossible to stay comfortably or safely, so I cancelled immediately because no guest should be expected to stay in such conditions. On top of that, I didn’t receive my cancellation refund, which made the experience even more frustrating. I strongly recommend that nobody book this property unless they are prepared to stay in extremely poor and unhygienic conditions. This property should be reviewed seriously and removed from the platform because listings of this standard damage the reputation and trustworthiness of the service. Guests rely on the platform for quality and verified accommodations, and this property clearly fails to meet even basic cleanliness and maintenance standards.
