The bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was appreciated. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been: a used bar of soap was left in the shower, eyelashes were on a pillow, and a few other minor things. TV channels were wrong and many were “no signal.” It was a little noisy, with traffic outside our room and people talking often.

We’ll definitely return. Rob at the front desk was the absolute best—he ran the desk, helped with breakfast, and did it all with a smile. The pool was a huge hit, and the location is amazing: under 20 minutes to Mid America Adventures (formerly Six Flags) and under 20 minutes from the Cardinals stadium, plus plenty of shopping nearby. The rooms were clean, the staff great, and breakfast excellent. The only downside was the towel situation; there were a bit too few towels.

The room was clean, breakfast was very good and always stocked, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. However, the toilet wouldn’t flush from the moment we arrived, so the cleaning crew should check that the toilets flush and the sinks drain properly.
