The place is lovely and well‑located, and the staff are very kind; when we asked for a room change, they had no objections. The only downside is the breakfast, which is very basic and not tasty.

The indoor pool was very good, breakfast was fine, but the croissants were a let‑down.

The location was very good, close to the center, with many nearby dining options. The staff were attentive and friendly, and cleaning was also very good. We stayed during a very cold weekend, and the heating made the stay comfortable. We'll return in the summer.

The pool was great, the spa excellent, breakfast superb, and cleaning and service were good. However, the room was very small, the bathroom cramped and uncomfortable for entering and exiting, and we were assigned a room near a door that led to the pool and spa, causing a lot of noise.
