“It was tolerable to sleep in but won't stay again”
The distance to the places we wanted to go was fine, but when we checked in we had to wait an extra five minutes after the scheduled time because they said they hadn't finished cleaning our room yet, which worried us about a late fee. Then we were given the wrong room, which was still dirty. We had to go back downstairs to get a new key because the room we were supposed to get had just finished cleaning, and when we finally got to that room it was clean but didn’t match the pictures. There were roaches everywhere, so we had to kill a few. The TV remote wouldn’t switch outputs and the back was missing. The beds were unbalanced, so one end was a teeter‑totter, and the fridge was fine. The room was clean, but the walls were falling apart—paint was peeling, and the bed hit the wall and left a dent. I have videos of both rooms, but they won’t let me post them; I can only show pictures, though we recorded everything that was wrong in both rooms.
