I found the room dusty, they never gave me my security deposit back, and they told me to check with my bank, all while being extremely racist.

I skipped breakfast, but it was nice that the restaurant opened right when I arrived on Saturday night.

When I got to check in, the keycard system was completely out, so I had to call the front desk every time I wanted to get into the room; the parking lot backs onto a homeless encampment where drug use was seen openly, the pool was advertised but not available, and although the hotel agreed to cancel my reservation without a fee, they have not honored that promise or refunded me, making this a stressful and expensive ordeal for a place I couldn’t use, so check that keycard access and advertised amenities actually work before booking.

The staff were great, the room was super clean and comfortable, and there was convenient free parking right by the lobby entrance at the back of the building, but it would be nice if there were a couple of drinking water bottles in the room.
