The hotel sits amid a green garden full of trees and plants, yet it’s still close to Interstate 10. The room was spacious but a little dim. Breakfast was tasty, but the stay was marred by a strange moldy odor in the room. From the moment we entered, that humid, moldy smell lingered despite the air conditioner and a small window opening; the hotel should leave windows unlocked so fresh air can circulate.

Good price‑performance ratio. All of the Best Western hotels I booked with a pool have shading problems, no or too few parasols, and some of them don’t work.
