Everything was perfect—this is the best hotel, the best city. The sun feels like childhood, the air tastes good, and the views are out of this world. I've seen the whole world, but this trip is the best. The hotel is outstanding, far better in reality than in photos, and the atmosphere is unreal. Thank you so much for everything.

The room is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with airport pickup when we arrived, and they also drove us back to the airport on our departure day. Their airport transfer service is really fantastic. Breakfast was really good, and the staff’s service was excellent. The Wi‑Fi signal is strong and stable. This stay brought my trip to China to a perfect ending. I had an amazing journey here in Zhangjiajie. I will come back in the future, and this hotel is well worth recommending to all travellers

The hotel sits right on the riverbank, overlooking Tianmen Mountain, and on sunny days you can even see the Gate of Heaven from the balcony. The bathtub is in the room, so you can enjoy the view while bathing. The restaurant is very refined, the food is good, and the staff is very friendly. Maximum points!

The scenery in Zhangjiajie is absolutely breathtaking! We stayed at Sean Castle for the whole trip and had a very comfortable experience. When we arrived at the airport, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a butler to pick us up, and the driver even prepared bottled mineral water for us. Breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel boasts stunning views, with Tianmen Mountain right opposite the property. We definitely plan to come back to Zhangjiajie again. There is nothing to be dissatisfied with.

The staff let us check in early, gave us a welcome drink and candies. The room was a good size, and they offered coffee and water. Everything was good.
