We stayed in a nice, comfortable room and enjoyed a tasty breakfast served in a spacious living room. Erkin, the host, worked hard to keep guests happy and was ready to help, which made obtaining the GBAO permit and registration a smooth process. The property is a bit farther from the city center, so you’ll need to spend extra time and money on taxis to reach local sites, but the neighborhood itself is fine.

The room was large and had three beds all to myself, giving plenty of privacy. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and felt very homely, with a quiet atmosphere and ample space to relax. Nothing significant stood out as negative, so overall it was a comfortable stay.

The establishment is comfortable in a lively neighborhood. Erkim and his family are lovely people, and Erkin goes out of his way to inform and help guests. I was invited to eat a plov prepared by his wife, which was absolutely delicious. Motorbike riders can safely park their bikes in the fenced courtyard.

The host was very helpful and spoke English, gladly answering our questions, suggesting solutions, and even talking to a taxi driver so we wouldn’t be left to deal with sharetaxi drivers. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty (pancakes, omelet, watermelon, and tea), and the value for money in Dushanbe is the best. We’ll return!
