Mainly because of the location.
The place was simple and comfortable, and the location was excellent.
“Spacious, clean room – checkout request denied”
The room was big and spotless, which I appreciated after a late‑night arrival. I asked if I could stay an extra half hour before checking out, but they said no, even though I’d gotten in at dawn – a little courtesy would’ve been nice, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker.
I liked the location near the shopping mall, the metro, and several bars for Friday night fun. The cleaning was good. I stayed in a street-facing room, but closing the window almost eliminated outside noise. Kudos, you can skip the extras. The pillows were too soft and low, which I don't like, but that won't stop me from returning!
“Good coffee at the desk and super‑convenient location”
The place doesn’t have a full coffee service, but there’s a bottle of coffee at the front desk – I tried it and it was surprisingly good. It’s right next to Tatuapé metro, so getting there was a breeze. Honestly, nothing really bothered me.
