“Ótima”
Everything about the place was fine – clean rooms, helpful staff and a decent location – but there was no place to leave our luggage, which turned out to be a real hassle.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot, the staff are friendly and the rooms are spotless with a great bed. Unfortunately the Wi‑Fi advertised never worked; we had to chase the owner for a password and ended up with an open network that kept dropping. On top of that, a reservation for three people only gave us one proper bed and an uncomfortable sofa, and the parking attendants were unhelpful even though parking was included.

The surrounding area offers plenty of shops, restaurants and transport options, making it easy to get around. We appreciated having everything we needed just a short walk away.

The flat is just a few minutes from the airport, which was super convenient. However, the bathroom had already‑used towels and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I ended up sleeping on a sofa‑bed that felt a wooden slat and lacked a top sheet or blanket, making it very uncomfortable. Because it was a flat rather than a hotel room, the staff didn’t step in to help.

The booking didn’t include breakfast, which was a let‑down. The air‑conditioning only blew cold air, and with São Paulo’s low temperatures the room was chilly, especially since there was just one thin blanket. The kitchen was advertised as equipped but felt pretty bare, and a chair we used turned out to have a loose screw that only became obvious after an accident. Overall the stay fell short of expectations.
