The owners were extremely helpful and courteous, the kitchen was superbly equipped, the view and surroundings were beautiful, and they allowed a late check‑in. If you choose this place, renting a car is advisable because weekend public transport is very limited and taxis don’t reach the area, leaving you to walk about 6 km to the main road through lovely nature – a considerable round‑trip distance. Still, it’s doable and we highly recommend it. No complaints.

It's not an everyday experience to stay in such a lovely tiny lakeside cottage in Sweden. Besides the house is densely packed with lots of stuff such as detergents, spices, lots of cooking equipment etc. The owners live in the same premises in a different house so they are always in reach and ready to help. Raspberries in the garden you can pick as you wish. You'd better have a vehicle as the place is kind of remote. After all if i was to go to the area again, i would definitely stay there

Jacob and his family gave a warm welcome, the location was perfect, the lake view charming, the little house full of character, and it was close to nature with a barbecue option. Nothing was wrong; everything was flawless.

A wonderful spot outside Gothenburg, surrounded by forest and a beautiful lake. We stayed as a family for one night and gladly extended for a few more days. The owner was very helpful, and the house had everything we needed.

I recently spent four wonderful nights in a secluded cabin, surrounded by the serene beauty of a small lake. The cabin itself was well-equipped with all the essentials, including shampoo, washing powder, and a microwave. Although it was a bit of a squeeze for our family of four, the kids slept soundly, making it a comfortable stay. The owner and his family were incredibly polite and helpful, and communication was seamless via chat.
