The breakfast area is very scenic, and the balconies on each floor overlook the patio; the staff are kind. However, there’s a sewage smell in the hall, the quality is somewhat poor (though it varies), the bathroom fan is missing or non‑functional, and the shower step is installed upside down, so it can’t be adjusted.

The location is superb, close to La Giralda, the Cathedral of Seville, and many restaurants; the staff are friendly, check‑in and check‑out are easy, breakfast is very complete, and the room is very comfortable. I’d return. Nothing I didn’t like.

I discovered this spacious apartment, nicely furnished, on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. We stayed in room 5 for two nights, comfortably and literally steps from Intra’s center. The hosts, Emanuele and Alessandra, were very friendly and accommodating, handled our late‑afternoon check‑in smoothly, and made us feel at ease right away. I absolutely recommend it.
