A peaceful spot surrounded by greenery, with an excellent location for visiting Assisi and Spello. The parking lot was ample. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and dogs were allowed. The final stretch of gravel (a few meters) had some confusing access points, though signs were present at the start.

An agritourism property near Capodacqua between Spello and Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, set in a lovely countryside below Monte Subasio. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were nice, quiet, and included a pool that we unfortunately did not use. The breakfast was good.

The hotel sits in the quiet countryside just 5 km from Assisi, and you can reach both Assisi and Spello easily. The bathroom could use some improvement.

The pool is nice, but the building feels poorly maintained; the bathroom has a terrible odor, the bidet is fake with no drain (just a basin), and the shower is covered by a curtain.
