I had a disastrous experience at this hotel, starting with the shocking news that our pre-booked room had been rented out to someone else, despite having reserved it a month in advance. The management's response to our complaint was underwhelming, offering us a paltry compensation that never materialized, and instead forcing us to settle for a subpar room that didn't come close to justifying the price we paid.

While the staff at this hotel were courteous and polite, their efforts were undermined by a host of other issues, including the lack of essential amenities like a toothbrush and hair dryer, a broken refrigerator, and a quilt that had a musty smell. The overall experience felt unrefined and lacking in attention to detail, which was a shame given the friendly service we received.

To be honest, I didn't find much to like about this hotel, starting with the poor signage that made it difficult to find, and the fact that we had to rely on others to help us locate it. When we finally arrived, we were met with a locked door, and it took some convincing to establish that we had indeed booked a family room for four people.
