The food was superb and the hotel family extremely friendly and attentive, the breakfast left no desire unmet and we could choose from four dinner options; the dog area had everything we needed, though at peak times the three fenced sections weren’t enough, and the agility course was fun, thoughtful, professional and matched the dogs’ abilities. Unfortunately there was no lift, making the stairs a hassle for small or older dogs, as well as for travelers with luggage, and short walking routes were lacking. Locals seemed a bit irritated by the dogs and the marked male‑dog spots near shops, and reaching the truly nice dog park required a 10‑minute walk through town—not the distance but the route itself was the issue.

I really enjoyed dinner at the hotel - the food was excellent. However, I was surprised they didn't have an elevator, which made it tough for some guests, especially those with disabilities.
