The facility is excellent for solo travellers, and the reception staff handled every small request I had exceptionally well. The host was very kind and friendly to visitors, and I loved the overall ambience. The only downside was the delayed entry to my AC dorm because the staff didn’t explain how to unlock the smart lock, and I’d suggest giving the caretakers’ number in the email that is received instead of a random number from another branch.

The staff were very nice—friendly and chatty—and the hostel was clean with new sheets and a bathroom that you couldn’t enter with shoes on, which kept outside dirt out; the value for the price was very good, and the 24‑hour shop downstairs was convenient. However, the location offered little besides a big shopping mall, so it’s mainly a good stop if you need to head to the airport, which is in the part of the city near the airport; there were no mosquito protections on the windows, so mosquitos were an issue.

Dorm beds were good, neat, and clean, but there was only one combined toilet and bath, which could have been separate, and hot water facilities should have been provided.

The service was quick, beds were clean and comfy, and the A/C worked well, but the single bathroom looked a bit messy and was located outside the main dormitory.
