“Good value hotel with great facilities”
The hotel looks great with an excellent gym, a lovely pool area and very friendly staff. The bus stop is just around the corner, and the walk to Itaewon’s high street is charming through the back alleys. The room was well equipped and clean, though the toilet and shower are separate rooms, the sink sits in the middle making the space feel a bit cramped and on the smaller side. Prices at the pool bar are steep and not worth the money; I’m fine with paying for good beer and food, but the Caesar salad and beer were outrageously pricey with tiny portions, whereas the burger and hot‑dog stand offered better value. Breakfast at Cleo was solid with western and Korean options, though it cost $60 Australian dollars per person – exactly what we needed for a full day of exploring.
