The old town was unspoiled. Parking was difficult and the hotel was hard to locate—no signage, only 38c but no A/C, and just one attendant who couldn’t speak French. The breakfast was thin.

The breakfast was very good and the host was nice. The garden outside was a pleasant spot to sit, right in the middle of town. However, the property was difficult to find and the gate had only a very small sign.

Marianne was very welcoming. The place was lovely and right in the village centre with free parking nearby. I slept well each night and enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The old stone‑block house immerses you in life in a French village from a previous century. It sits in the town centre, surrounded by a high stone wall and a charming large garden. Everything is uniquely and cozily designed, with a very good table‑served breakfast and each table featuring different old crockery. The host is exceptionally warm and helpful.
