I loved how close the hotel is to North Burleigh beach and the surf club, where we had both dinner and breakfast; it made for a great overnight stay. The building did have some noise, but it wasn’t too bad and the staff had warned us beforehand.

The location was good, with transport just near the hotel, a restaurant next door, and a surf club around the corner. We know renovations are underway, yet the room’s cleanliness was poor: mould in the bathroom, dust and a sticky substance on the floor under and around the bed, and the television didn’t work properly.
