An amazing experience at Karupahna’s cabin! When we drove to the courtyard, deer were close to the house. The house itself is stunning and cozy, the floors are warm, and we stayed in slippers and barefoot – I felt like I’d want to live there! Everything needed was available and we didn’t have to use disposable dishes. The sauna and steam sauna were also great, and there was a grill option. The safari was exciting – we rode in our cars in a convoy and saw many deer. The staff were warm and friendly, and I always got quick answers to my questions. The morning surprise was a cherry cake, a huge thank‑you! ❤️ All liked it.

A lot of space and a quiet setting with wooden interiors. The forest trails and nature resort are awesome. However, noise between rooms is something to consider; if someone is partying in the log building, you’ll hear it too. We visited in low season when many rooms were available, but the sauna, grill, fireplaces, and other entertainment options were either unavailable or overbooked, so keep that in mind. Bring binoculars if you have one; otherwise, only a few are available and they’re occupied. Safari is included in the price, but it’s your own responsibility and you need your own car.

“Definetly recommend for nature lovers!”

The place is very pretty and convenient for swimming in the lake. A safari tour by car was a super experience, especially since the reception offered binoculars that made spotting deer easier. The room had a shower, a mini fridge, and a kettle with coffee and tea. On site you can play sports. Breakfast was delicious and also offered hot options. The family room’s bathroom had poor ventilation, which made the air feel a bit damp and humid. The surroundings are beautiful but quite quiet. The nearest shop/café, which isn’t the hotel’s restaurant, is a short walk away.

“Peaceful and relaxing stay”

It’s a great spot in the middle of nature—peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. The only issue was that my pillow was small and the bed felt a little too hard.
