Rooms feature air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and city views, along with balconies, bathrobes, minibars, and sofas. The ryokan serves Asian breakfast and offers evening entertainment near Komatsu Airport, Eiheiji Temple, and Kanazawa Castle.

The room was spacious, the bed was great, and the open-air bath in the room was nice. The food was tasty. Walking around the hotel in socks, the floorboards in the elevator caught the socks a few times, pulling the yarn. No other issues.

From the moment we stepped in, the staff treated us like royalty, removing shoes at the door and fully immersing us in beautiful Japanese culture. We enjoyed a private onsen room on the 6th floor that was spacious and stunning, and we booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The bonus was the formal dress code for dinner, which included a kimono—a delightful surprise! The banquet experience was unique, and our visit to Tachibana Shikitei was the highlight of our trip to Japan. Absolutely nothing to note otherwise.

It wasn’t huge but had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, and both the food and service were excellent; the room with an open‑air bath matched the photos, was spacious, and the bath itself was great, with no particular complaints.

The location and the room were superb, though I wish there had been a sauna, and I’d prefer the room key to be a single card rather than receiving two.
