The spot is quiet, the guests are very friendly, the apartment is beautiful with all the comforts. No complaints.

The owner was very kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the location was convenient for our moves with parking right under the building. I would have liked to say thank you in person instead of being ushered behind a door, but that’s common practice now. If I wanted to be picky about the exterior, the building doesn’t impress, but inside it’s truly worth it.
The location is excellent, the apartment is large, and everything is perfect.

The staff were very accommodating about my arrival time, and the apartment was impeccably clean.

We arrived at the address given by Booking, but the exterior was a total disgrace (see attached photos); nothing matched the description. After a while, a man claiming to be the owner appeared. We complained that we couldn’t sleep in that mess, but he said there were no alternatives. When we asked him to cancel our reservation without penalty, he replied that it was not his decision but Booking’s. We paid in advance and suffered a big loss. This manager’s behavior is unacceptable. This terrible property is definitely not recommended! We expect a refund since we didn’t stay.
