Breakfast was tasty, the air conditioner and fan worked well, the room was spacious, and the mosquito net was a nice touch; however, a lot of bugs still get in, so you need to use repellent, the net, and Raid, and walking along the hotel paths is a bit tricky; the location is far from Palomino’s center and the beach, forcing you to rely on a Tuk Tuk or walk a long distance on open streets.

The hostel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the space and vibe of the hostel were amazing—quiet, pretty, and a very pleasant, safe, and comfortable place to stay—yet the distance to the beach or main area felt more like a problem with the uneven external floor than with the actual distance.

The price was reasonable and the room had air conditioning; the downside was that it was very far from the beach, the bathroom was dim, and the photos posted online didn't match what we actually saw.

The staff were friendly and the scenery was beautiful, but the pool was closed for the duration of our stay, which was one reason we chose this hotel, and the breakfast offered little variety, with small, repetitive portions.
