The location was ideal, the staff were excellent, and the hotel and its amenities felt like a five‑star experience; I would highly recommend it. Everything was perfect.

A lovely hotel with large rooms and a spacious bathroom, friendly staff, and an excellent location—just above the metro station and below an underground shopping mall. I had chosen the hotel specifically for the pool and sauna, but unfortunately those are only available for a hefty fee and by reservation. I probably didn’t read the fine print carefully.

I absolutely adored the view and the huge window from my 15th‑floor room, the daily bath salts and full bath, and all the toiletries supplied. I asked for two extra pillows and they arrived quickly. The bed was firm but more comfortable than any other bed I’ve slept in during the past three weeks. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste.
