Mr. Sadiq, the manager at reception, welcomed us and was courteous and cooperative, keeping good vibes throughout our stay. We were six family members and booked one family room plus one double‑bed room; the family room was big enough for all six. The room rents were prepaid. I requested to cancel and refund the double‑bed room, and they understood that I had booked online without seeing the family room’s facilities, so they refunded the second room’s amount. 👍

It’s 2 km before the Naran entrance, and I liked it because it’s a peaceful place. The rooms were clean and good, and the view from our room was exceptional, making it a good overall experience. The staff should be better trained; I was with my family and some staff members kept staring wherever we went. The internet was an issue—when we went to Naran Bazar, we got full 4G signals from Jazz, but in the hotel the signal was low and the Wi‑Fi was also not good.

The location was away from the main bazar, which was better for a family stay. The bathrooms weren’t great; there were water leaks and they weren’t very well designed.

The property’s location is excellent, breakfast was good, and the staff was very cooperative. The shower is in the middle of the bathroom and makes the whole place wet when you shower, and a fan in the room is now a must because the weather is changing.

This is the only hotel in the country where the staff was outstanding. No negatives.
