The room was big, modern and comfortable, and the robots serving food was an interesting idea; breakfast was good and varied. However, it was hard to locate the hotel because Google Maps gave the wrong address and led us astray, and in China Google Maps doesn’t even work even with a VPN.

The staff were very friendly and all of them were nice, but there is no swimming pool and cars cannot get close to the building.

The service was fantastic, even handling laundry and having it ready within an hour – laundry was included, which was great. The downside was the street work outside, which sometimes caused traffic, cars, scooters and pedestrians to block the entrance, though the hotel couldn’t control that.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the service overall was excellent. We especially appreciated that we could request laundry service without any extra charge. There was also plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unexpectedly weak and unreliable. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay
