The breakfast was excellent and the location couldn’t have been better, but instead of a king‑size bed we got two separate beds.

The room view and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mohammed Miri.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was excellent; every staff member was professional and polite. However, the airport pick‑up that was supposed to be included in the price was not arranged, and the food options were limited, not very good, and expensive.

The reception, attitude, and service were all outstanding, with receptionist Muhssine going out of her way to meet our requests, and the pool staff were extremely friendly and attentive to every need. As a family of six we had nothing to complain about, though the kids’ club program—mostly movies and coloring during the hot summer—was a bit dull for the children.
