Mark and Mandy were both friendly and helpful. Great location just 10min walk from Cowes. Excellent decor and bed (I stayed in the converted attic space - the Steephill Room). The breakfast was amazing!. The stairs up to the attic level were very steep (hence the name) which was a bit challenging with my suitcase, but that can’t be helped! It’s a converted space! Just be prepared for that, or pack less!

The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, had excellent facilities, and was in a great spot! Mandy and Mark were super welcoming, and we really valued their tips on things to do and restaurant recommendations.

Mandy and Mark were fantastic hosts. This has become our new base in Cowes, and we highly recommend Holly Tree House to anyone visiting the island, whether for holiday or business. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

The place was quiet, spacious, and had everything you needed. Nothing else.

Everything was very warm. The rooms were clean and fully equipped. We really liked it. We had the roof room with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was very tasty. Mandy even didn’t take us to Floosbrücke. Extra service 😃 the location is also top. You feel at home.
