The staff were incredibly friendly and the vibe felt cozy, like home, thanks to the old building. It’s right next to the train station and only a 7‑minute walk to the city centre. The place was spotless, had a well‑equipped kitchen, and a free coffee/tea/boiling‑water station. Highly recommend ♥️

The place was clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly tidy—something I usually dread in hotels, BnBs, or hostels. Overall, it was great. The only downside was the crowd.

Excellent location, close to both Oxford railway station and the University of Oxford campus. The staff were very friendly and helped us carry heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. The public kitchen and common area were great for cooking, and we enjoyed the free coffee and cool water. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit. No complaints.

A good hostel for a solo night’s stay. Everything was clean. Adding curtains to the beds would be nice, as other hostels are already doing, to give guests a bit more privacy.
