Nothing special. The food was bland, low variety, very bad, and lacked any care.

Breakfast is perfect, the food is good, and the rooms are clean. The environment is beautiful and pleasant, with a lot of greenery surrounded by nature. The a la carte service doesn’t give guests options; they choose the menu. In the first few days the food was cold. The bathroom in the room with a box had no space for shampoos, so they had to be left on the floor, and the perimeter of the box was very small, which made it difficult for heavier guests. One day I left towels to be changed and they were not replaced.

Nothing. The accommodation was terrible; we wanted to leave and cancel a day but they didn’t refund. Leaving the comfort of our home for a weekend at a farm hotel with no minimum comfort, and still paying for it, was a horrible experience. First, the food was terrible; we visited other farm hotels with wonderful buffets, but they served small portions, ran out, and had no replenishment or it took a century to restock. The food was far from farm‑hotel quality. I’m pregnant, paid for the best room, the chalet had two single beds together, and my husband and I had back pain from sleeping in the gap between the beds. The bathroom water didn’t heat; a drop of hot water leaked, which was horrible. It was my husband’s birthday; we booked for an amazing experience but wasted money. The recreation was paid separately. The game room was said to exist but everything was destroyed; to illustrate, the ping‑pong table had a tennis ball, not the correct ball, and none of the game tables had anyone because everything was destroyed. On Sunday we tried breakfast; the buffet had no scrambled eggs, no cheese, few options; I said I’m celiac and got no special treatment, even though I had informed them at booking about my condition.

Peace and tranquility, people live together there. The place is pretty, in the middle of mountains, surrounded by forest. Whoever wants a quiet spot with great wood‑fire cooking, this is the place; staff are very polite and helpful. The pool facilities (slide and heated pool) could use an upgrade; they need renovation. But the place is amazing. Just a constructive critique. I’ll return in the summer.
