“Nouvelle nuit à l 'hotel.. rebelote, des problèmes ..”

The bed was comfortable with at least four pillows, and breakfast was generous with sweet and savory options for all tastes. The bread and pastries were good. The hotel was a real sketch: when it’s not hidden underwear under the bed, it’s a remote control that won’t work after two attempts (thanks to the new staff). The kettle I asked for was missing (no welcome tray for a hot drink), a phone was missing, and the QR code for Wi‑Fi didn’t work; even the staff couldn’t find the Wi‑Fi password on the computer. I was able to settle into my room at 21:30 after arriving at 19:30. The next morning, at breakfast, there was no sweetener or “pompon” (??). The rooms were old, partially repainted, with peeling or broken parquet, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. The total experience was awful! How can this place get 3 stars when there’s no coffee dispenser or snack machine?

“Une nuit lors d un voyage professionnel”

The location was easy to find and to park. The king‑size bed was hyper comfortable, and the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture given the situation. The night watchman was very courteous and pleasant. However, I found dirty underwear under my bed, there was no welcome tray, so I had to ask for a kettle (one was lent to me by staff, and I was given a mug on request). I had coffee with me, but it was borderline for a 3‑star. The room was small and the bathroom was old. The shampoo dispenser was broken, and the shower joints were disgusting.
