There was poop on the bathroom floor and roaches in the bathtub/shower. I called to complain, but no one answered the phone, so I went downstairs and the desk was empty. The beds were awful too. Never again.

“I do not recommend this place. I forgot my wallet, and they refused to return it to me. I have completely lost trust in”

We had a good experience until my wallet got stolen, which ruined the whole stay. We left my wallet with cards and cash in a drawer, realized it was missing, called the hotel and they said it wasn’t there. We admit we forgot it, but it feels unfair that someone took it and didn’t return it. It says a lot about the staff’s values and the company’s integrity, leaving us bitter and distrustful.

The location was okay, but the beds and walls had mold and the mattress was super uncomfortable. They offered a second room, which also had mold.

The AC was great, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, so I’d recommend this hotel. I’d have liked more breakfast options beyond waffle, toast, or cereal—some yogurt or protein would have been nice.
